www.lchv.biz/LCHV-NHL2009.phpThis file / website does not contain the ratings that we are using within the league. What it does contain is all salary information that will be used for players who are acquired in the player draft, as franchise players and post-draft free agents agree to terms negotiated between you and the agent. Salary information will be updated once the player draft is complete. It is advisable that you keep track of how much money you spend during the draft in an effort to stay well below the $62M salary cap. Remember that only your 20 professional players (12F, 6D, 2GK) and your coach count towards this number. Good luck. The file is viewed best in Excel. Attachments:

Now once the franchise signings are done, we will begin the draft.
Thus the draft will officially begin tomorrow at 9 am. We are going to go with 30 minute intervals in between picks.
And once the lists on the site have been updated, the first few teams are welcome to make picks tonight.
Some may be concerned about time slots during the day... so SEND IN LISTS!!! I cannot stress this enough. Lists are the best way to make picks. By far.
Send all lists to IIHA.Hansel@gmail.com
Just indicate your draft position and who you would like to pick. Make sure your list includes more than enough players, so you don't have an auto-pick made for you.
In the scenario where you do miss a pick, an admin will select the highest ranked player in terms of OV, and will take the younger one in the case of a draw.
Time slots are outlined in the round one board.

pretty stoked about being 3rd. I think it might be better for a team as a whole if they were later and could get 2 of the top 25 but that may just be me.

I'm drafting pretty late, but I did okay with a later pick in SHFL so I'm not in a panic....yet.....

What happens if a listed contract is longer than 6 years?

It stays. It's when signing/re-signing a contract can't be longer than 6 seasons.

I'm ashamed that I picked Ribeiro. Hate him passionately. On the Alfredsson level. Best setup guy left and I needed that, so I guess he'll have to be the guy who everyone hates...
Ribeiro is my Grabovski.
