I think 8 would net us enough prospects, but the others are right in that there are plenty of prospects to go around

I don't see why we couldn't drag the Entry Draft out a little longer. It's not like these guys are going to be playing this season, anyway.

Now there are to ways to look at this.
10 rounds on top of everything else we're about to go through is significant, obviously.
However considering these guys do not play this season at all whatsoever, we can run the season simultaneously with the prospect draft and really take our time with it. We'll do this regardless of whether or not it ends up being 8 or 10 rounds.
In the end, it comes down to your votes. Voting will end when the player draft ends.

What happens to prospects who don't get drafted? Would they be eligible in future drafts or would we be able to sign them? Or would they need to start playing in the NHL before they became free agents?
