Wow. All I can say. Wow.

Dion is a number one guy and I think the Leafs did extremely well there. Hagman, Stajan, Mayers and White are all depth guys at best, and in my opinion the winner of any trade is the team that gets the best player.

As for Giguere, the contract isn't an issue as we're talking about the Leafs... and they more or less traded Jason Blake for him considering Toskala's value has to be next to nothing.

And they traded no picks!

All in all, great day. Very happy.

Just an amazing day to be a Leafs fan.

Ive never been huge fan of Dion but I'm holding out cautious optimism on him now and hopefully he can replicate what he did in his first couple of seasons. What I like is friggin Keith Aulie, I think he will be very good. But I'm going to miss White though, just an awesome guy and player .

Still in shock and awe that we managed to sucker a team into taking both Toskala and Blake. Burke working some really good magic here, now just for some offense.

I hope Dion pans out for you. I always thought he was overrated (star #1), but still no less than a top 2 Dman.

As far as JS, as long as they can get ANYTHING out of him i think that was worth it.
